You cannot be identified by this information and it is presented to us through Google Analytics to help us to understand browsing habits on this site only. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How we collect your information - When you conduct a transaction on our website, or create an account. As part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. IONOS- How do we store, use, share and disclose your personal information?. Our company is hosted on the IONOS.com platform. Who  provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through data storage, databases and the general IONOS.COM applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies: 
- “Cookies”  
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Sharon Mckinley Designs does not store or have access to your credit card details. Our site is powered by  IONOS.COM who are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. More information specifically pertaining to our direct payment gateway, Worldpay, can be found here.

All direct payment gateways offered by IONOS.COM and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Also secure payment are managed through PAYPAL. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

​Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers PayPal, email address. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
